""It was a pleasure attending the Free Webinar & Virtual Workout on 4 June 2021. The speaker Mr. Rakesh was clear in his presentation. The flow of the webinar session was well structured. It started out with 30 mins theory on 5 hacks to burn calories effectively followed by 30 mins of online workout. The session brought us to realised that it is easy to achieve our fitness goals at home even during this covid-19 situation. Perhaps, the post workout talk can focus on good eating habits etc. (people can still listen while cooling down). Overall, I wanted to say I will highly recommend it to all.
