“Coming up to the age of 50 is a big milestone, but I wanted to have a healthier and more energetic lifestyle so I can share with my son as he grows up”. James took on a Personal Trainer to do just that, but he realised that with his much improved physical ability, it reignited his passion to play his favourite sport – Ice Hockey, which he had not played since 35 years ago.
