Eddie Chang is one of our lead run coaches in Fitness First Capital Tower Sports Performance, arranging runs for our Run Club every Tuesday and Thursday, rain or shine.
He is also a certified Newton Natural Running Form Coach and a Australia Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA) Level 1 coach. His passion is in sports science and exercise and is in constant pursuit of sports education that fuels his love for endurance sports.
Apart from active participation in marathons, duathlon, ironman and triathlon races, he has been frequently involved in marathon clinics and running-related workshops to advocate proper techniques and injury prevention management tips with the public.
Eddie believes his efforts contribute towards creating better sports awareness in the local sports scene.

There will be no additional classes accommodated in case of no-show.
