This club houses cardio, strength and stretch areas and a Group Exercise studio. Group Exercise is very much a key focus of this club and members enjoy a wide range of Group Exercise classes like Yoga, dance classes like Groove & Jazz and much more.
The club is conveniently located next the Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange which is connected by the North-South Line, Circle Line and Downtown Line.
You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.
