With 7 workout zones and our largest Group Exercise studio, members are spoilt by the array of exciting freestyle exercises such as Animal Flow, X-Blast and HERO conducted by experienced trainers. For Yoga enthusiasts, Aerial Yoga allows you to achieve greater mobility, traction of the spine and improved circulation from a series of hanging and upside down manoeuvres.  Located in the heart of Bugis, this 15,995 square feet facility with 5-metre high ceilings is equipped to take your training experience to new levels. 

You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.
