Work your whole body in this total body strength workout. We’ll show you how to use suspension straps and your own body weight to create resistance as you bend, jump, push, pull and squat. These functional body weight exercises will help you build muscular and core strength, as well as strengthen the stability in your upper, lower body and core. You’ll also walk away with improved stamina.

If you’re short on time, this 30-minute class is perfect for you. You’ll still use your body weight and suspension straps but we raise the intensity for the functional body weight exercises. You’ll leave the class with improved strength and stability.
