This challenging indoor cycling class combines aerobic and anaerobic training. In between short, intense sprints, you’ll keep cycling to raise your heart rate. You’ll improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance and walk away on stronger legs.

This express version might be shorter but we up the intensity so you get the same results. You’ll still combine aerobic and anaerobic training for stronger legs, and improved cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
