LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) strength-based workout that uses the barbell, plates and body weight exercises to improve strength and build lean muscle. Instructors motivate you through a series of challenges to push your body to its limit. This 60-minute class also includes an additional circuit component that continues to perfect your technique and improve your fitness through a series of drills. You’ll be able to leave the class better prepared to tackle the challenges in your next class!
