STEP INTO A FULL BODY WORKOUT

It’s time to take basic stepping to a new level. In this full-body cardio workout, it’s more than walking up and down a step. You’ll combine basic stepping movements with moves like burpees, pushups, and weight plate exercises to work both your lower and upper body. All of this is set to a mix of invigorating, hit music which will motivate you and add a whole lot of fun to your workout. 

 

During the workout, you’ll get your heart pumping, and increase your cardio fitness. You’ll shape and tone your butt and legs, and improving your coordination and agility. Best of all, you’ll keep burning calories long after the workout is over. 

 

And if you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level. We suggest that you start with 1 to 2 classes a week and work your way up from there.

During our 30 minute version of Bodystep Athletic©, you’ll combine the step board with circuit based training to work your whole body. It is fast-paced and high-intensity, giving you the sane results in a time that fits your busy lifestyle.
