30-minute fast paced High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class incorporating dynamic movement training and athletic drills. Dynamic movement trains mobility, strength, balance and coordination, while athletic drills improve speed, agility and explosive power. Maximum results in minimum time. Work bouts and recovery periods are manipulated to challenge cardiovascular endurance and maximize the body’s fat burning capability.

HIIT is emerging as one of the most popular ways to get fit - FAST! If you have a busy lifestyle and are looking to get fit and improve your strength and muscle tone without spending hours at the gym every day, then HardCore MaxX is the perfect class for you. Each class is filled with explosive, high intensity exercises to get your heart pumping, torch calories, and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Exercises are performed in cycles of short bursts of activity, followed by a short period of rest. No two classes are the same from week to week, and each session could involve any combination of movements including burpees, squat jumps, high knees, mountain climbers and more.
