You’ll perform 7 primary movement patterns: squatting, lunging, gait movement, rotation, hinging, pushing and pulling. You’ll be working your body the way it’s designed to move. We’ll also show you how to adjust the resistance according to your fitness level. Beyond being a fun class for anyone, you’ll also come to understand the fundamentals of body movements, and improve your awareness of how your body moves.
