Freestyle Group Training Strength
Build your functional body strength in this intense slow-moving class. You’ll be paired up and use a mix of BOSU balls, dumbbells, TRX, and body weight exercises, doing somewhere between 8 to 15 repetitions at a slow, deliberate pace. We’ll make sure your partner matches you in disposition, fitness level and exercise experience where possible so that you can encourage and inspire each other. We also show you how to increase or decrease the complexity of each move, depending on your experience.
You’ll build functional strength for your whole body, as well as enhance your muscular endurance and boost your metabolism. Walk away feeling relaxed and with more lean muscle mass.
Freestyle Group Training Strength 45
This 45 minute workout will have you using the bosu, dumbbells, TRX and bodyweight exercises for 3 minutes at a time, with 1 minute rest between each set. We’ll also show you how to prep functionally for this class.
