It’s time to add more power to your workouts. In this class, we focus on short but explosive workout periods, combined with equally long or longer rest periods. You’ll use your body’s natural movement patterns in exercises that will use either body weight or loaded weights in fast-paced moves that will push your limits.

We’ll show you more complex and intense moves depending on your experience. The workout consists of 4 workout periods that last 4 minutes. You’ll work your whole body for a dynamic balance between speed and muscle strength, and leave the class with enhanced athletic performance.

 

Freestyle Group Training Power 45

Take 45 minutes to maximise the power in your workouts. We show you how to work your whole body with explosive, fast-paced power movements with heavy resistance. You’ll do jumps, press ups and burpees, in 20 second bursts, with 40 seconds rest between each burst. This workout will help better prep your body for heavy resistance workouts.
