Welcome to a yoga class that both centres and challenges your mind and body. In this fast moving class, we’ll take you through poses are specifically designed to flow seamlessly from one pose to another while progressively building in intensity. You’ll need to stay focused and concentrate to move through this workout smoothly, which will help build your confidence and give you stronger mental awareness.

With the fast pace and the challenging poses, you’ll build your strength, endurance and stamina. With an emphasis on breathing techniques during your poses, you’ll leave class with a powerful sense of harmony between your mind and body.

DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA 75-minute

Designed to build your stamina, this 75 minute class further challenges your mind and body. You’ll increase your strength and endurance through energising and seamless yoga poses. We recommend that you make sure you have experience in Gentle flow classes before trying this one.
