If you’ve been taking yoga classes for some time, and feel like you are ready for more of a challenge, then Advanced Flow Yoga may be the perfect class for you. The longer class time and more difficult postures and positions mean that this class will help improve your flexibility, balance, muscle tone and strength, and your endurance, all at the same time. It is essential that you have taken Dynamic Flow Yoga for some time prior to trying this class. As always, our experienced teachers are on hand to help you with any postures, and help you achieve your goals - whether you’re trying to nail that headstand or place your head on your knees.

There’s Gentle Flow Yoga for those who like a calming and relaxing workout, and Core Flow Yoga for those who want to increase their core strength.
