MONDAY NIGHT FIGHTS is a mixed martial arts cardio CHALLENGE that equips you with knowledge to train like a fi ghter. This 3-hour marathon class will get you stronger, fi tter and unleash the mental and physical warrior in you. See if you have what it takes to stand with your friends and fellow fighters till the end.

Take your pick or do both with an Easy step & Easy moves marathon or a whole night of Yoga. Easy Step and Easy Moves are adrenaline charged non-stop fat burning workouts intense enough to satisfy most cardio freaks. Afterwards, head to the Mind and Body studio for a great stretch and re-center yourself with this great combination marathon.
