We also have a selection of membership types to suit your health and fitness goals. Our friendly staff will go through with you what your fitness goals are and recommend the most suitable membership type for you.
As a new member you receive a FREE Fitness Orientation with a Personal Trainer, which includes a fitness assessment. They will provide advice on how to reach your fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight, get fit for sport, build cardio fitness, strengthen muscles, build heart health or even get fit for the first time. Your Personal Trainer works with you to assess which programme best suits your needs, and then provide a hands-on demonstration of how the exercises and equipment works.
Advice available: If you’re ever unsure about how to use the equipment or need help with an exercise, our friendly fitness teams are always on hand. There’s a qualified fitness professional available on the gym floor at all times to help out.
