Question:
Can I freeze my membership because I cannot attend the club at the moment?

Answer:
We understand that from time to time you may need to freeze your membership. After being a member for 3 months you can freeze your membership. If you do need to freeze there are some easy points to remember:

1) Bring medical or travel documents to the Front Desk at your club and they will complete a freeze form for you.

2) You must give one month's notice to freeze.

3) Exercise is an important part of your lifestyle so "no time" cannot be used to freeze your membership.

4) If you have an injury it is worth consulting our Personal Trainers, some of them are qualified in re-hab. This is a much more effective way to heal your injury.

5) If you travel frequently like some of our Fitness First members do, you can take advantage of our Passport membership that allows you to access 500 clubs worldwide for FREE! Some of our members even have two Personal Trainers in two different countries, now that is commitment to a healthier lifestyle!

Whatever your concern is please, discuss it with our Front of House Managers at each club who will make recommendations and assist you with your concern.

At Fitness First, we believe that exercise is a lifelong habit. That is why when it comes to freezing of your membership, it will only be for medical reasons or outstation/ overseas assignments for more than 2 weeks with written notice. For further information, please refer to our Front Of House.
