Fitness facilities include a dedicated Kinesis studio, state-of-the-art free-weight and strength equipment plus over 70 pieces of Technogym cardio equipment including the CardioWave™, cross trainers and bikes.
Choose from a wide palette of Group Exercise classes which include RPM™ and other cycling classes in the Cycling Studio, cardio, dance or body-conditioning classes in the large Group Exercise studio and yoga and pilates in the beautiful Mind and Body Studio which comes complete with warm lights and decorative detail.
Members also enjoy complimentary daily workout attire, usage of the steam room and sauna and complimentary rental from the DVD movie library.
One Raffles Quay is the ideal place to escape to, be it for attending a yoga class in the Mind and Body studio or relaxing with complimentary drinks at the members’ lounge overlooking the waters of Marina Bay.
