Fitness First Platinum at Capital Tower won the industry Asia-fit Award 2002 with its stunning heated swimming pool, group exercise studio and cycling studio with an amazing view of the skyline. Located in the Grade-A Capital Tower building in the Robinson Road business district, it has both indoor and outdoor cardiovascular and resistance strength training equipment and a stretch area by the pool. It offers free workout attire, rental lockers, free towel service and personal training. Personal service is very much the key at this club. Complimentary workout attire available at this club.
